BVI Food Fete Launches A Unique Culinary and Entertainment Experience on Jost Van Dyke
The British Virgin Islands Tourist Board & Film Commission (BVITBFC) is delighted to announce the launch of “Jost Lime & Dine,” an exclusive culinary experience that invites residents and visitors on Tortola to savour the flavours and nightlife of Jost Van Dyke. This exciting promotion begins on Valentine’s Day,
14TH FEBRUARY AND CONTINUES EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY UNTIL 16TH MARCH 2025.
Discover Jost Van Dyke After Dark
Jost Lime & Dine, the opening act of the celebrated BVI Food Fete culinary event series, was created to showcase the vibrant culinary culture and nightlife of Jost Van Dyke. Thanks to a specially arranged 10:45pm ferry departure from Jost Van Dyke by New Horizon Ferry, visitors and residents on Tortola can now enjoy dinner and evening entertainment on Jost Van Dyke. Usually, only guests staying overnight on Jost Van Dyke, could experience the island’s evening offerings.
“We worked closely with the Jost Van Dyke community to find ways to support local businesses, and the consensus was that a late ferry service would be transformative,” said Clive L. McCoy, Director of Tourism. “Combining Jost Van Dyke’s legendary beach bar scene with its delicious dining options inspired the concept of Jost Lime & Dine. Continuing the success of last year’s promotion, we are thrilled to see that once again fifteen of the island’s restaurants will participate in this year’s promotion.”

Special Promotions and Themes
Jost Lime & Dine kicks off with a Valentine’s Day event themed “Love in Every Bite.” Guests boarding the 6:00 p.m. ferry at the West End Ferry Dock will receive complimentary roses (courtesy of Bobby’s Marketplace) and enjoy a romantic photo opportunity on a red carpet. Couples and groups can enter a photo contest to win a romantic dinner for two or other prizes.
On 1 st March, the festivities continue with “Lime in White Night.” Guests are encouraged to dress in elegant white attire for an unforgettable evening of dining and entertainment on Jost Van Dyke.
Transportation and Reservations
A special $20 round-trip ferry fare is only available to patrons who make reservations at any of the participating restaurants through the BVITBFC Jost Lime and Dine contact. Guests can take the 4:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. New Horizon Ferry to Jost Van Dyke, where they will be greeted at the dock with a beverage, and depart by taxi (not included) to their reserved restaurant.
